Our culture is entrepreneurial and data-informed; we balance an innovative “Museum School” mindset with a rigorous commitment to overseeing academic, financial, and organizational performance to ensure a 4- or 5-star student experience. We prioritize community voice, ensuring our decisions are representative of Las Vegas families and that our members work together effectively to solve the unique challenges of a growing charter school.

Board members are encouraged to participate in fundraising events, solicit donations, and build relationships with potential donors. Additionally, the board may establish fundraising committees or task forces to oversee specific fundraising campaigns or initiatives. As a young organization, we ask at a minimum board members provide a capital commitment of service and expertise to ensure The Ivy is successful.
